Tim is widely regarded for his leadership experience in banking, education and non-profit sectors. Tim Maiden has worked in the banking industry over the past fifteen years. Currently, he serves as a Senior Vice President and Community Leader at Frost Bank for the southern sector of Dallas. His responsibilities include investment activities, regional market growth support, community engagement and portfolio management. Tim Maiden has participated in over $500M of capital transactions during his career, from commercial lending, land acquisition, land development, ground-up retail, office, hospitality and multi-family real estate projects.
Tim Maiden serves as an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University in the College of Christian Faith. Courses taught include: Biblical Servant Leadership; Spiritual Formation; Church Administration; The Gospels and New Testament Survey. Additionally, Tim Maiden provides consulting services – including strategic planning, organizational coaching, leadership development, curriculum implementation and training to churches, non-profits and marketplace organizations.
Tim received both a Bachelor and Master degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. While at TCU, Tim Maiden lettered four years on the football team that was recognized as the Sun Bowl Champion in 1998, Western Athletic Conference Football Conference Champion in 1999, 2000. Tim later received a Master in Christian Education from Dallas Baptist University in 2008. Tim Maiden is the co-founder of non-profit, Two Wins Foundation, established in 2005. He also serves on the board of several civic organizations and he is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. Tim Maiden has been featured in multiple magazines and considered to be a highly sought-after motivational speaker and life coach.
