In 2018, 38.1 million people lived in poverty. It takes all of us together to make a difference.

The Maiden Foundation mission emerges from the idea that we truly have the capacity to directly impact the lives of many through our charitable giving, locally and globally. We have identified four primary focus areas within our current strategy: community development, healthcare/wellness, education, and human services.

The voice of the people within these communities matter to us. First, we listen and learn. If we determine that our influence or investing can make a meaningful difference, then we work to explore how. Once we commit, we define our major goals and identify a clear path to achieving them.

WHERE WE INVEST
The Maiden Foundation invest with partners that have a deep understanding of the issues our foundation cares about and strong ties with the communities. Our first commitment is to the city of Dallas, but we also realize there are opportunities for impact within other cities where our foundation can become accelerators of opportunity for people with low incomes.
