Maiden Foundation founder Terrence Maiden is also the co-developer for Shops at RedBird, which has been undergoing a facelift/renovation/redevelopment of the mall with a significant focus on the neighborhood. RedBird Starbucks first opened in 2018, and it's been welcomed by the community.
